Job Description


 
·      Responsible for development & planning for long term recruitment strategies and manpower Planning.
·      Creation and maintenance of reports and statistics as required focusing on recruitment and retention.
·      Presenting recruitment related weekly reports and statistics to HRM.
·      Updates the organizational structure as and when required.
·      Responsible for sourcing for suitable candidates.
·      Developing Job descriptions/Job Specifications in close coordination with relevant department heads.
·      Screens applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications then summarizes CVs for easier evaluation by the departmental heads.
·      Recommends pre-screened candidates/CVs to concerned Hiring Managers.
·      Meets walk-in applicants, collects and assesses CVs
·      Schedules interviews and ensure departmental heads give feedback on each candidate.
·      Sends interview feedback to candidates.
·      Prepare employment letters for selected candidates.
·      Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
·      Coordinating with GR Department for Visa related activities.
·      Notifying about the new arrivals to the concerned stakeholders for necessary arrangements to be done in advance.
